Ingredients: Van Gogh Dutch Chocolate Vodka, 3 Olives Cherry Vodka, Godiva White Chocolate liqueur, Hersey's chocolate sauce.

Price: $5

What it tastes like:  Ok, this one made me nervous. I'm originally from St. Joseph, MO, home of the Cherry Mash, a chocolate-covered cherry creation that burns your teeth with sugar and disappoints to no end. The Cherry Mash was always the free candy handed out at all Joetown public events: parades, Christmas light shows, 4th of July celebrations. I'm just saying, when the local fire station was throwing Cherry Mashes in the Thanksgiving parade, children froze on the sidewalks afraid that one might fall near them, obligating them to retrieve the so-called treat.

I digress. When Austin in Trolley's told us of his plan, I was nervous to say the least and was secretly trying to figure out a way to bait-and-switch drinks with Kerry. But I dove in and was incredibly shocked at what I tasted. Unlike it's overly sweetened namesake, this cool, smooth drink actually tasted a whole lot like chocolate milk with a just a perfect hint of cherry flavor. The shot was even the same color as chocolate milk. The cherry garnish serves as a friendly reminder of its presence.  This shot was delicious, because all the ingredients blended together seemlessly--no one ingredient overpowered another, with well-disguised booze.

A perfection of taste this good has to be classified as a Danger Drink in my book, because a patron could go through quite a few of these shots without realizing their mistake--that is until they've made that dirty holiday joke that makes everyone uncomfortable.  They are so easy to drink, I will never hold onto my bad associations of the flavor combo again.  Bottoms up!
