Valentine's Day -- romantic or repulsing? The debate rages on

Oh, Valentine's Day. So romantic. So cheesy. So special. So commercial. So very polarizing. So whether you love the day or loathe it, we have a drink for you. Metromix producer, Kerry Leonard, and photographer and contributer Thomas Hardwicke asked three bartenders at three downtown bars to make us two drinks: one for the lovers and one for the haters. We drank, we judged, we made sense of the emotions swirling within, we lived to tell the tale. See whose drinks got the cartoon hearts popping over our heads -- and whose made us feel like someone was sticking needles in the rump of a Metromix producer-shaped voodoo doll. One thing is certain, love (of booze) conquers all.
