LeAnn Rimes does not heart her dentist.

Rimes slapped L.A.-based Duane McKay with a lawsuit on Valentine's Day. It seems that for the singer, the pursuit of perfect teeth came with a (figurative) headache: "severe tooth pain, gum inflammation and chronic gum bleeding," which resulted in nine root canals, bone grafting, a temporary bridge, physical therapy and "permanent cosmetic deficiency, " according to the suit.

Brandi Glanville's nemesis claims her "ability to perform as an artist has been and will continue to significantly compromised until all re-treatment is completed." In addition to her medical expenses, she's asking for money for "emotional and psychiatric injuries" and loss of wages.
