The freaky Wheelies. The queen's room of body-less heads waiting to be worn. Electro-shock therapy for Dorothy? Yep. The return trip to Oz with a pre-"The Craft" Fairuza Balk is dark and twisted, which is why it's so easy to develop a sick fascination for this spooky sequel to a children's classic.
