A surprisingly spacious hole-in-the-wall that deserves its reputation as one of the best new restaurants in Springfield, serving delicious inventive casual fare. Try the Full Ride -- the double-patty burger with bacon, caramelized onions and soft, sharp cheddar. Go a little more West Coast with the Long Beach tacos or hit up some island flavor with the Rasta Pasta. All items can be catered to your preferred level of spice and can be made very vegetarian- (and even vegan) friendly. The space is clean and cool and service is laid back and friendly. The BYOB option renders it a super-affordable (and delicious) dinner spot.
Note: as of June, 2009, Grad School offers an affordable selection of beer and wine.
