Last summer I tried to find the coldest beer in Springfield. This time I have 48 hours to find the best Missouri-style nachos in town. Since Metromix had the authentic Mexican restaurants covered for Cinco De Mayo, my only rule was to visit some other joints. While taking pictures of the nachos so you could see what they look like, my servers must have thought me legally insane. I just hope my grandchildren and their grandchildren visit Metromix someday so they can see all this.
