Tea Bar & Bites
Chilled Strawberry Soup
Thomas: A special the day we went, I immediately decided upon the chilled strawberry soup. Slightly sweetened, this thin and frothy soup contained slivers of fresh strawberries and tasted similar to melted strawberry ice cream. That being said, it wasn't too sugary. I could have downed a gallon of this, and it was perfect on a warm summer day.
Laura: I loved this soup. If possible, I would have this soup every day while sitting on a sexy French man's veranda talking about foreign movies. It could happen! Anyway, this cup of sweetness would have been perfectly paired with one of Tea Bar & Bites' famous cookies. I can't say that it was a compliment to my sandwich. As Thomas said, sipping this was like drinking the best melted strawberry ice cream summer has to offer. I would highly recommend at least trying this soup, but maybe not as an appetizer to your vegetarian meal.
