Thai Tea

The last time I ordered Thai Tea at a different restaurant it tasted like a musty couch. I was a little reluctant about trying it again, but our waitress said that it's really good. She was right. BamBu’s Thai Tea ($2.50) is a dream come true if you like sweet drinks. See those black things at the bottom of the glass? Those are tapioca pearls. They’re like gummy candy marbles and they get stuck in your straw, which kind of grossed me out at first. But they don’t taste like anything and it feels like you’re swallowing a pill from "The Matrix," which is always cool.
