Fresh Spring Rolls

We decide to get spring rolls ($4) because they look totally different from the spring rolls we always order at Thai Xpress. The main difference is that the skin isn’t fried. The wrapping is an edible, translucent rice paper. The inside is very fresh, with bean sprouts and crunchy, raw vegetables and shrimp. It also comes with a really good peanut dipping sauce that has a tangy flavor.
