Seafood Noodle Soup

My dining partner orders a really delicious Pho Seafood Noodle Soup ($7.99). It’s a gargantuan bowl of light broth with seafood and vegetables. At the bottom of the bowl is a nest of clear noodles. The flavor is light, yet somehow savory, and the noodles make it feel substantial. She says it’s really fun to eat soup with both a spoon and a fork. And the portion is bigger than any one person could ever hope to finish on their own.
