If you prefer more a more spicy barbecue sauce, Boxcar has it. The middle bottle has the hot sauce and the extra hot is clearly marked. Shep's grandson, Vincent Warren, the owner and master cook, says they go through gallons of the hot sauces a week. After tasting the sweet/spicy concoctions, I believe him. They both start out sweet, but have varying degrees of a hot kick.
