Greek Salad

This side salad comprised mixed greens topped with feta cheese and black olives. It was tasty, but maybe just a tad too salty with all the olives and feta cheese. When I was in Greece last summer, ordering a "Greek salad" meant a bowl of tomatoes, cucumbers, red onions, black olives and herbs, all topped with a block of fresh feta and olive oil. Never did a mixed green or leafy bit hit the plate. I appreciated Riad's inclusion of mixed greens, but I wish there were a few other veggies, such as tomatoes or cucumbers, to cut the saltiness.
