Strawberry Colada

When it came to drinks, my dining compadre (also known as my brother) and I asked the bartender to make us two of her best libations. This strawberry colada was the first we tried, and it did not disappoint. Layers of creamy coconut, vanilla, tropical citrus flavors and, of course, strawberry puree set this sucker off. So delicious and sweet, there were no complaints as I swilled this exotic beverage. Give me this drink on a sandy beach any day.
