Sometimes when a pasta dish includes chicken, it's quickly grilled or baked and thrown in as an afterthought. Not so with the Riad's Signature Chicken Pasta. Each piece of herb-infused meat was juicy, flavorful, and well-marinated. Couple that with perfectly cooked pasta tossed with olive oil, tomatoes and olives, and the Signature Pasta has customers swooning. When I told a friend where I had been, he asked if I had tried this very dish. It is a light and healthy alternative to heavier cheese-laden options, and is perfect for summer waistlines. I would order this again in a heartbeat.
