Sure, we're a small, landlocked city in the heart of buffet country, but Springfield's exotic phalanges (sounds kinda gross) stretch far and wide (yeah, sounds totally gross). Take sushi for example. The Ozarks have dozens of restaurants offering this Japanese favorite, ranging from the pedestrian to the downright fanciful. We hit the pavement to find the most inventive, authentic and delicious sushi rolls that Springfield spots are dishing out.
