This is no children's menu dish. At the Springfield Brewing Company, Mom's Mac and Cheese will give you a run for your money. Pictured here with perfectly steamed fresh broccoli, which is optional, as is chicken, this incredibly creamy dish was too large for even this reviewer to put down in one sitting.
