Spinach Artichoke Dip

Ok, this is the real deal. This spinach artichoke dip is out-of-control delicious. It's incredibly thick, made with delicious rich cream and melted cheese, and of course, spinach and artichoke, topped with diced tomatoes. This dish is served with warm toasted pita bread triangles, which my companion and I found the perfect pairing for this hearty appetizer.
