Sirloin and Pub Fries

The main event arrived and my companion's dish looked like a million bucks. After a taste of the sirloin, my companion said her well-done steak was indeed done well. It was also served with fries smothered in chili and cheese. It would be a great hearty dish for fall or winter that is fast approaching.
