For once, a side dish was so surprisingly good, that it deserved its own photo. These fries were perfectly cooked and most shocking of all, not greasy in the least.  Crispy and hot, one of the cooks shared that they use a cooking oil that has no trans fats. This may be more expensive for the restaurant, but they insist on using it because it fries up food without that heavy, greasy taste.
