Room to throw down

There are actually three large areas in this restaurant for seating. The interior is surprisingly spacious, as it looks pretty small from the outside. I can't believe I've lived in Springfield for this long and didn't know this place was here. Notice the simple red and white checked tablecloths, the rustic faux frescoes and the indoor awning. Each element is reminiscent of a comfortable, cozy cafe dining experience. Soft Italian opera music and classic Sinatra and Dean Martin tunes drift down and fill the whole restaurant with a sense of ease. It felt like dining in someone's home.
