Garlic cheese bread

It's time for the main event. After perusing the dinner menu, my companion and I ordered the garlic cheese bread for our antipasta (appetizer). Crispy toasted bread is dipped in olive oil and topped with melted cheese, garlic and parsley. What a perfect way to start a meal. It sure was a good precursor of the things to come.
