Sauteed Shrimp and Scallop Pasta

Sauteed in a butter and garlic sauce, this seafood dish actually felt fairly light. The sauce also includes chili oil, which is incredibly hot. Now, I love spicy foods and use a lot of red pepper flakes in my own cooking, so this wasn't a challenge for me. But I can see somebody unfamiliar to culinary heat taking issue with the spiciness. The warmth compounds the more you eat, making my mouth water for all the right reasons. The pasta was cooked perfectly as were the shrimp and scallop bits. If you like some heat on your plate, the kind that makes your mouth water when you first smell your food, then this dish is definitely a good choice for you.
