My lunch compantion and I likened this place to an authentic greasy spoon — minus the grease. I love a counter. There's something about being able to sit and watch the cooks at work that is so relaxing. We agreed that you have to be very confident in your food if you're putting it all out there for your patrons to see. The folks at Grad School have every reason to be confident.
