Those steaming plates of pasta looked so inviting. Grad School offers two pasta dishes. There's the Alfredo: your choice of protein (chicken, steak, tilapia or tofu) with sauteed bell peppers over fettucini and drenched in frangrant roasted garlic alfredo. And then there's the Rasta Pasta, the cult favorite resurrected from when the space was the Rasta Grill (later, Acoustic Cafe). The Rasta Pasta is penne with spicy marinara, topped with tomatoes, green onions, parmesan cheese and your choice of protein, jerk-style.
