Inside Look: Grad School

The Grill

The grill gets quite a workout at Grad School, but so does the panini press and, to a lesser extent, the deep fryer. This guy was juggling quite a number of orders but seemed quite Zen — the chill employees saw to it that the place never got too hectic or noisy. There was certainly activity, but nothing close to chaos.
