Hawaiian California Roll

The restaraunt was dark and my camera is nothing to write home about so I am not doing justice to the visual feast that was Amy's Hawaiian California roll. Yes, we both had variations on the same thing. We're working on that. Anyway, the bottom, as can be inferred, was just your standard California roll yet it was topped with this sweet, spicy, addictive crab mixture that looked like edible ticker tape. I don't know exactly what kind of pixie dust they put in that stuff but it had me spearing my chopsticks into it when Amy would glance away.
