Chunky Tomato Soup

This soup is a Nearly Famous staple. I've been in a very tomato soup place and have been ordering it willy-nilly wherever I go lately. This one is a solid contender for the "great" column. Even though I prefer the creamier (read: fattier) taste of a tomato bisque, I try and avoid it when I want to eat healthier. Quit laughing. This soup was a delicious way to do just that: it was hot, chunky, garlicky with just a bit of a spicy edge.  I sometimes find the "cup" option at restaurants more reminiscent of a thimble, and while this was small, it was hearty enough to be completely satisfying ($3.09).
