Healthy options
Owner Mark Coleman said the Grotto rarely fries food. There are the standard items that need to be fried (french fries, onion rings, etc ...) but he defaults to healthier cooking methods, such as grilling, searing and braising for the entree selections. They have several good lower-fat and -calorie options labeled as "Less Guilty Choices," but enough of the standard selections are loaded with vegetables and quality ingredients, giving them a decent amount of nutritional value.
