Alright, I know I'm doing another review of another Italian restaurant. But this is not your everyday greasy pizzeria joint or pasta slinging house. DiGiacinto's Italian Restaurant is the real deal. Everything about this place screams authenticity. Every sauce, dessert and piece of hand-rolled bread is made fresh each and every day. In fact, while trying out the restaurant between lunch and dinner hours, the white sauce for the dinner rush was being crafted as my companion and I ate.

All of the food flavor combinations were very clean and simple. Owner Sam DiGiacinto is apparently staying true to his grandmother's delicious and flavorful recipes. With every bite of her legacy, I became more and more thankful that she handed her recipes down for us to enjoy. Follow your hungry tummy and check out the photos. Think of it as researching which dish to order first.
