I have been on a Thai kick ever since Thai Xpress opened in the old Bamboo Inn space. Worried I would burn myself out, I decided to try a classier take on Thai food: Thai Peppers.
Until this assignment, I’d never been to what is almost a Springfield landmark. I was excited to compare Thai Peppers’ green curry to the green curry at Thai Xpress, especially because my experiments with a homemade version of this dish were a vicious assault on taste and decency.
