Meet the Taco Wagon: ...yep, it's an actual wagon. That serves tacos.
I remember the moment I first tried a Taco Wagon taco: it was at "Taste of Springfield" on Walnut Street in early twenty-ten. I remember slowly savoring the salty, spicy, cheesy taco in my mouth for a few minutes before turning to my boyfriend and proclaiming, “I think I’m in love with Taco Wagon.” I also remember the moment right before I told my boss that I wanted to review the Taco Wagon, and the overwhelming sense of anxiety I had about trying to explain how a truck that serves Mexican food could possibly deserve a review.
But here we are. And with very good reason.
With two locations in Springfield--Taco Wagon and Taco Wagon II--the Wagon is bound to be your new favorite study break snack. One located on west Sunshine across from the Walmart Supercenter and the other in the Midnight Rodeo parking lot off of Glenstone, both locations offer the same quality, affordable food.
Ready to delve deep into the world of mobile Mexican food, my review partner Adam and I headed to one of our newest favorite local food spots...
