Chicken Burrito: a meal for two
Point blank: this giant burrito could feed a family of five if it came down to it.
Luckily, you really can’t have too much of a good thing, and Taco Wagon’s burritos are a very a good thing. The chicken burrito was packed full of fresh, juicy pieces of chicken, guacamole, sour cream, black beans and all the Mexican fillings you can imagine, wrapped in a fresh tortilla. The result: a burrito that you won’t find anywhere in Springfield other than Taco Wagon.
Every bite had the tangy, spicy taste of their homemade hot sauce with the perfect blend of spices. Unlike other Mexican places, the hot sauce wasn’t overpowering, and didn’t overshadow any of the flavors from the cheese or black beans. Yes, my stomach was about to explode by this point, but I was committed to finishing this burrito. Their smooth, homemade, fresh guacamole sent me into a state of pure euphoria, and the cilantro added a citrusy kick in the mouth.
