The Chicken Quesadilla...
By the time I ordered the quesadilla, I’m pretty sure the lady at the window thought I had an eating disorder, because this 5'2" girl had ordered half their menu.
Still piping hot and filled with melty, gooey, cheesy deliciousness, this really hit the spot. The weather that day was awful, and nothing helped me forget about the -9 degree wind chill quite like the gift of hot cheese. As far as flavor goes, there wasn’t much more there other than cheese and chicken; it was exactly what you'd expect. I wanted to change it up a little, so I grabbed a bottle of Sriracha hot sauce Adam had and dipped each triangle of the quesadilla in it. (As it turns out, Taco Wago and Sriracha go very well together--I highly recommend!)
