A little chili for when it gets chilly
We may still be a few months away from the official pall of winter, but we can feel a cold front creeping in. The classic dish to keep us warm as the temperatures drop? Good ol' American chili. This month, local landmark Casper's is celebrating it's 100th birthday. That's right, Casper's hits the century mark and it's still alive and kicking. Anyone who is familiar with the place knows that it's famous for its greasy burgers and piping hot, homemade chili. We thought, why not help celebrate this birthday and prepare for the oncoming cold front with a round up of the chili hot spots around town? Thank goodness for antacids and a steel stomach, right?
