I've only been in the upstairs of this place..but it is very romantic.. I'm not a big fan of sushi but I did like the Kobe Beef and the martinis are very scrumptious too!!
ownedbypugs wrote about Imo's Pizza
The cheese on this pizza is melt in your mouth deliciousness! Toppings are not skimpy at all..HUGE pieces of sausage and full bacon strips...mmmm....bacon. Sauce is very good as well. Thin crust that is unbelievabl!!!! I think I know what I am having tomorrow for dinner!! Also they have buckets of beer for like 5 bucks.
ownedbypugs wrote about Arris' Pizza
We had the Hercules all meat pizza...VERY GOOD! No skimping on the toppings whatsoever. Raspberry Maragaritas also really yummy!!! :)

I am sure that the waitress did not mean to use the term "hey monkey" in bad way. It's just a way to refer to a baby//small child. People call their babies 'monkey' all the freakin' time..CHILL OUT! This is a GREAT place to eat..no monkey business. ;)

What else can I say? This is the best by far in Springfield, MO; every dining experience is always a great one!
ozarkellie wrote about Gallery Bistro
Does not honor Ozarks First coupons as written. Service slow and unattentive on a very slow night. Wine list unimpressive. You would be better off going to Nonna's. Better prices, food and servers. Thumbs down ~

The review of the Front Porch here is not the Front Porch. Based on the photo and the description it's obvious you're talking about the Potters House. Please be more careful.

The owner of this business is rude and overly aggressive.

One of the best restaurants in all of Springfield. When you are finally tired of chinese food, and cashew chicken, bring your hungry self to Kailani's. The offerings of this restaurant satisfy the desires of kama'aina longing for home. The chef and staff go out of their way to make sure that you enjoy your meal, even bringing out sauces and samples for you to try as they cook. If you are looking for a change from the ordinary, try Kailani's.
BairsSportsGrill commented on Big Whiskey's is a shot of yum
Tried Big Whiskey's for the first time on Wednesday! The bartender Clint did a great job taking care of us! I will go back again! Thanks Clint!
BairsSportsGrill commented on A little chili for when it gets chilly
Had the chili for the first time. Was out of this world! I will go back!

Best italian food. This restaurant made me quit going to Zios and Olive Garden, the food is absolutely amazing. We feel like family there and Tony will make you new dishes to try things out, and the established dishes are very good as well. Calzones and Strombolis are great, and new specials and entrees all the time. The staff is great and it really feels like a family restaurant without the cost :)

I made my first trip to Capser's today. Hands down the best chilli I've had in years. Great food, great atmosphere and great people. I can't believe that I've lived here for 2 years and have never been there. After I sat down at the counter and ordered I asked if they take debit cards. My server told me "no." (although the Metormix review said that they did)I asked him to cancel my order and he said "don't worry about it you can just come back and pay us." You don't see customer service like that anywhere else these days. Hands down my favorite new place in Springfield.

My family and I have visited Fish and Co many times over the years and their food is consistently good with friendly service. It is family friendly too. I would recommend it for food and entertainment. Many weekend afternoons and evenings they have a good band playing. THe children always enjoy feeding the fish off the dock too. :)
wilwarner wrote about Purple Burrito Express
The food is great, the prices are reasonable. But for the same price I can get food equally good food and actually have it served to me and not have to carry it to my table on a plastic tray and eat off of a styrofoam plate.
jujub wrote about Papouli's
I love the food and wonderful service but it is never quiet. In fact sometimes I want to yell to be heard across the table. Nothing to help with the sound. Fabric is in desperate need to soften the noise level. Smoking is still allowed and does drift into non-smoking area. Still worth the drive!!!!!
chaychlo wrote about Purple Burrito Express
Good carnitas burrito, speedy to go order, clean, cool decor. I'm neutral on the staff. No greeting, no smile. Although, I will go back.
MoJo_208 wrote about Kailani's Hawaiian Food
I had heard about Kailan's on the radio, and then checked out the reviews. When we arrived I was a little nervous about my choice as it is not much to look at. There was only one other table of diners, which did not make me feel any better. The waitress was friendly and quite helpful. My wife and I ordered and waited for the food. When the appetizers arrived we were pleasantly surprised. The appetizers were great! Then the main dishes arrived, and before I knew it mine was gone! The food was great! Whlie we were finishing up the chef/owner came out of the kitchen and talked with us. You could sense his passion for the food and his desire to be successful. In the end we went away very happy with our experience and I hope more people give Kailani's a try, it would be a shame to lose such a diamond in the rough!!!
Magpirate wrote about Kailani's Hawaiian Food
Kailani's hawaiian food is one of the most authentic restaurants you can find in springfield. The atmosphere is great and the people are friendly. The food is unique and a nice change of pace from burgers. Being from hawaii myself i say this is just like home! You feel like you dont want to leave with how awesome these people are. Saturday night theyre having a luau so get your tickets to be there and support this family owned business! You hardly find family owned in hawaii anymore either so it'd be great to keep this one alive. Their prices are very fair considering many of the things they have are imported like their hawaiian drinks and such. I cant wait to see this little business grow and expand. My suggestion is go check it out and dont knock it till you try it!
aliciar wrote about The Port Grill
The Port Grill is our favorite place to eat on the lake. The food is great and they have several boat slips right out the back door....come as you are. They have an inside area which is air conditioned and a covered outside area. Usually on holiday weekends there is live entertainment. Kids love to feed the turtles, ducks, and fish that come to the dock edge.

Jilligan wrote about Purple Burrito Express
I moved to Springfield six and half years ago and was SO excited when we tried the Purple Burrito Express! I felt like I was finally home! Their food is the type of Mexican food that I grew up eating and its delicious! Try the Carne Asada! It was so good to have rolled tacos with guacamole and the spicy-vinegared carrots! Try Everything! Its the Bomb!
